What does a leadership offsite facilitator actually do before the day?

I start with a 15 to 30 minute pre-session call and diagnostic. We name the real tensions and I design the facilitation sequence before I arrive. Depending on the engagement, that can include stakeholder interviews. The session is built from your context, so it produces decisions rather than alignment that evaporates by Monday. The leave-behind comes from what happens in your room.
