Why didn't our psychological safety workshop last?

Psychological safety is the door, not the ceiling. A workshop can build empathy without a structure for truth to travel through. Accountability then becomes someone else's job. I address both as one system. The fix is structural, not educational. I work with your team to name what it should start saying out loud, stop handling in side conversations, and invite into the room.
