From my practice

How do you deliver leadership training at the scale of a UN agency?

I deliver instructor-led training governed by agreed KPIs and the UN General Conditions of Contract. UNOPS holds a signed Blanket Purchase Agreement with Unsiloed for training reaching 6,000+ personnel globally. It follows an earlier multi-year partnership won through competitive bidding, with 50+ workshops delivered. Virtual sessions use breakout rooms and shared digital boards. Each cohort leaves with a protocol built from its own session.
